The challenge
Selling into public water systems means finding the right wholesale buyers across thousands of utilities, and the public data needed to do that is scattered and inconsistent.
What we built
- A dedicated Airtable intelligence base for identifying wholesale water-system buyers.
- Live federal data integration pulling from the EPA Envirofacts API.
- Automated water-system ID (PWSID) matching to connect records across sources.
- Parallelized wholesale-member expansion that maps which systems buy from which, built through iterative automation.
